At Torch Hemp, we want your experience with our sleep, recovery, and energy gummies to be as smooth as possible — including if you ever need to cancel an order. This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order placed on torchhemp.com, and what to expect from the refund process.

When You Can Cancel

Orders can be cancelled any time before they have been processed or fulfilled by our team. Once an order has entered our fulfillment queue, been packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Because we process orders quickly to get your gummies to you as fast as possible, we recommend requesting a cancellation as soon as possible after placing your order.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, email us at support@torchhemp.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation as soon as possible. Our team will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation and let you know the outcome.

Cancellation Fee & Refunds

Approved cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, which covers payment processing and order handling costs already incurred. The remaining 85% of your order total will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription Orders

If your order is part of a recurring subscription, this policy applies to individual upcoming shipments in the same way it applies to one-time orders. To cancel your subscription plan entirely rather than a single shipment, please contact us at support@torchhemp.com or manage your subscription through your account.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If you no longer want the product after it arrives, please reach out to our support team to discuss your options, including our return process where applicable.
